Order said it would be ready at 8:11pm. Got to the store and they had a lot of ppl waiting. Nobody came to the front for a while. Finally got my food at 9pm. NINE. Ridiculous. Never ordering from them again. Please don’t come here. Extreme poor customer service.
Two starts only for the courage that place is still open. Management is rude, guys working there need better training. It’s not the first time I’m giving a review about that place. Pizza either not fully cooked (Hawaii pizza), either it’s over cooked (burned). Let’s be honest they need better work. I don’t know what happened or why I would have to to wait 45 mins for an order. This is not an authentic pizza place - I was told 15 mins and I waited 45. No apology. Nothing other people where waiting for 20 or more minutes when I left so they’re on the journey to 45 mins.
