Ordered online picked up within 20 minutes. Everything was cold , cheese was congealed. I was definitely OLD precooked pizza. Cheese bread wasn’t even cut and the extra sauce I requested was not provided. Won’t be back to this location again. Westheimer parkway was great last time. Waste of $40.
Extremely poor service. I was waiting for 20 minutes in drive though window. An employee was inside but did not look at window. I honk my car, still she did not look at window. After a while another employee came. I honk again, still he did not look at window. Highly frustrated I then move out of drive through and parked my car and then walked inside when it was heavily raining.

Terrible service. I order pick up Al the time. Half the time they never come to the drive through pick up window so I have to go inside got my pick up order. They told me the drive through bell is broken but it’s been months. I don’t think they have any plans to fix it.The did us give but the service is terrible.
