I have to agree with most of the comments. The food was pretty much room temperatureIt didn’t even melt the cheese in our potato bake. Lack of flavor is also true, I added salt and BBQ sauce to complete the flavor. The Place is very clean tho and the staff is super friendly, they greet you and ask if it’s your first time and help out as much as they can. Chef is super cool dude.
I don't often post unless something is unexpectedly good but this time I wanted to point out how consistently great the people and food are. I just need to get there sooner to get some prime rib. Maybe two rounds on Sunday?

I bought 3lbs of lean brisket The one waiting on us was great the one cutting the meat was a jerk to say the least. (Short guy with glasses) argued about us getting lean which turned out to not be lean a lot of fat. Please I said something but got no where the 1/2 lb I got regular was the same as the lean. The best part of what I got was 6 puddings ,cobbler. And potato salad. This just makes be want to go back to the 290 location. Which is far since I live in Sienna I
