Ordered pizza with curbside delivery. Time given to pickup was 20 minutes. Website said to park in front and put window down. It asks for vehicle type and color. There were two other customers waiting for food. Both ended up going inside to get service and I finally did the same. Lady said I was suppose to call and let them know I was there. My wait time was over 40 minutes. Cold pizza with soggy crust. Should have stayed with Dominos.
COVID or not pizza delivery is supposed to be pizza huts thing, there were many more non covid related problems when i finally got my very late delivery. First COVID issue i clearly marked contactless delivery but the deliveryman pushed the boxes in my face practically in my apartment. Secondly the round like boxes were smashed almost flat the pizza and wings were cold. It's definitely put me off pizza hut but if you must definitely avoid this one.

Ordered my pizza over an hour and a half ago and pizza still hasn't shown up. Called and spoke to the manager and all he says is there's nothing he can do. I always have problems here
