We went to subway and had a horrible experience a month ago. We called and spoke with Preston, the manager, and he was extremely apologetic and assured us that he would take care of us the next time we came in.Well, today we decided to try it again and Prestonwas AMAZING! He remembered who we were and he made sure that everything was perfect! We will definitely be going back! He is an AMAZING manager and handled the situation perfectly!
