I have always liked this Chilis and the last few times I have had random items from the menu. I had the Fajita Trio and it was not great at all. The quality of the food was my complaint. Everything else was generally good, such as the service and overall appearance of the food. Food has become more expensive and restaurants should know that customers are going to be more critical. Falling short on the quality of food. I will just stick to the burgers when I visit.
My family and I dined in today as we anxiously waited for my mothers to get out of surgery, our sever Courtney was absolutely amazing, she went above and beyond and was a breath of fresh air. Her recommendations were spot on we with all the

Rosenberg chilis need more staff. We went there to eat. And it was not busy, but there was not enough staff one waitress. There were about 4 couples and one guy at the bar. This is the first time this has happened to us. Just not happy.
