HORRIBLE service!! We have never eaten at Happy Star and decided to try them out. I placed an order for delivery and was told that the order would take 30-35 minutes to be delivered. (If you are going to place an order for delivery, you have to repeat yourself multiple times by the way, because they must not know English very well!
