Bad customer service. Was treaded very rudely when receiving our food. I was told by cashier at drive thru to pull up to wait for our food. We started to get honked by the car behind us and the manager came out with our food and rudely told us we had to move. Started to argue with us when we let her know the cashier had instructed us to pull up to that spot and started to contradict us. Went to this Panera Bread on a Saturday morning. Coffee in all three pots was warm only, not hot at all. Had two cups of coffee from two different pots, both have quite a bit grounds left in the cup. The filters may not be put in properly while brewing the coffee.

I just went through a not so good experience with them. This past Saturday the SO and I were hungry and it was too late to cook so we decided to order delivery. I placed our order through their website at 7:20pm. About 8:15pm we still have not received our order so I decided to call Panera directly to see if they received. The person I spoke with said they did not so I went back online to place my order again. The website at that point stated there are no more online deliveries....read full review
