A few weeks ago, my husband and I wanted to celebrate his birthday with some takeout. When I asked him what he was in the mood for on Friday afternoon, he said "a hamburger.. and potato salad. Wow! This was a great find! We are always looking for good BBQ and sad it took us this long to find Big O’s! The Brisket was amazing. Big O gives great portions. The coleslaw and beans were perfect. The coleslaw was a nice vinegar/sweet one and the beans were full of flavor. Big O gave us some yummy samples. He is a genuine and very kind guy who absolutely loves what he does. Great variety, kills it with the bbq - not over doing the smoke flavor like a lot of places. Pulled pork is one of the best things on the menu, but I really like the variety of burgers. Bison burger?! Yep
