Not sure what happened. I order from Dickeys all the time and the chicken was great! It must be under new management because the chicken was terrible this time around. Didn't taste smoked at all and had some different seasoning on it plus the biscuits was replaced with bread. I like the bread but the chicken was dry and didn't taste smoked at all.

Been coming here for years and like most places post-pandemic it just seems to not have recovered. I always get the chicken but the past few visits the chicken has been terrible. Its way overcooked and an awful experience to eat. I get in earlier around 11:30ish so I assume I'm getting leftovers from the previous day that have been sitting under the heater all night. Completely unacceptable to think that that meat can be served to a customer and at $20 a plate without a drink....read full review

This place was amazing, never been before but my first experience was excellent. The customer service was really good everybody was friendly, the food was even better everything was super tasty and cooked very well. Prices were very reasonable, the store was superbly clean. I will most definitely be coming back and recommending this place to everyone I know.
