It was exactly what Jack in the Box is supposed to be.December '23 update: Great order prep and delivery. Was perfect. The restaurant is clean and this morning the manager was a great young man. Obviously, he treated the staff well.

I waited 15 minutes just at the pickup window for a burger, fries and 2 tacos. After 10 minutes I honked my horn and asked what was taking so long. The guy said “they have to cook your burger.” What we’re they doing for the past 10 minutes? And the guy didn’t say anything about the wait. At least say something!
