Got my beer quickly and didn't have to wave someone down for another roll, which was nice.Big fan of salmon here, so I tried the Ultimate Salmon Roll, Salmon Belly Sashimi, and Mango Salmon Roll. All were really tasty, definitely a notch above most places. The Mango Salmon was the best part. Loved the ice-cold beer glass too.Overall, great sushi, great service. If you're around and craving sushi, Sushi Koen is a solid bet.“
“I enjoyed it. I was impressed at the service from the only server in the entire restaurant. He was able to manage like 10 different tables at the same time. My only complaint would be with the Toro nigiri, which for 9 dollars a piece, I would appreciate it not having bones. Everything else was delicious.“

“This was some of the best sushi I've ever eaten. We ordered 6 pcs of toro as an appetizer and my cousin ordered the Omakase roll (chef's choice)... and it was an all toro roll! It was AMAZING! There were 6 of us dining, and everyone really enjoyed the meal. Aside from the Omakase roll, my other favorites were the Napa Valley Roll and the Salmon Lover roll. (I'm allergic to shellfish, so I couldn't taste everything we all ordered, but there wasn't a piece left on a plate when we were done). I wish we had a place like this where we live in Maryland!“

“Came to this Soto location for my birthday and the experience could not have gone better! We rarely dine out because we have a 2 year old, and well, if you know, you know. Well, our waitress (Yvonne) and the other servers, made us feel right at ease from the start. Food and drinks came out fast! Everything was fresh and as expected. Our son loved their sushi and especially our waitress haha My only complaint, and why this isn’t a true 5 star review, is the cocktail options. I really couldn’t find any cocktails that looked like I would love it, and the one I gave a chance to based on a recommendation was $15. Because we paid so much for it, we drank as much as we could but yeah it wasn’t great. I would have liked more fruity cocktail options. Aside from that, everything was 5 stars! We will definitely be back.“

They make an excellent spider roll, and despite being a little spicy the Red Devil roll was surprisingly nuanced. On the one hand, the small venue is low key and family friendly, but this food feels fancier than the current venue. Still, good value for the cost if you want a relaxed date or low key special occasion with super tasty, world class sushi!Kid-friendliness: Seriously, kids will get a kick out of the giant sushi boat! And Tempura makes vegetables tasty for any palet.“

“We’ve lived in this area since 2015 and have never heard of this place until today. We decided to swing by for lunch and let me just say this… WOW! Where have we been? Apparently, living under a rock bc we have been missing out. This is the best sushi place that I’ve visited in a while. Honestly, it is the best if you factor in the price of their offerings. Absolutely incredible selection of gourmet sushi! I recommend the Volcano, Dynamite and the avocado bomb. Delish!“
