Got sandwiches today for pick up. The guys were friendly and greeted me on the way in. No real complaints and the food was tasty and as ordered but they only gave us one napkin for two sandwiches? But other than that everything was fine.
When traveling to Round Rock for a volleyball tournament, we were in need of finding a sandwich shop to feed our crew of 15 kids and coaches. Our district requires us to have restaurants charge the school and they mail a check in return. Anyway, 5 other chain shops refused to allow us to do so, even with our tax forms and district forms, but then I got in touch with MJ and Cathy at Jersey Mike's. Opened my sandwich that was just delivered and there was more of the Ingredients wrapped around the bread and not inside of it. Super messy. I expected better from this restaurant. I know it's later and close to closing time but, a little give a s#!t goes a long way. Should have been a 5 star review. But.....
