Our service compared to other times and stores was great this time, the bathroom was also very clean. Store very well maintained and except for customers who left trash on table when they left, I was impressed.
The food is ok for any subway lover but I was really unhappy with the customer service. There is a huge room for improvement here. The staff appeared to be not engaged ( lack of motivation?) . I would highly recommend the management to work with the staff on driving intrinsic motivation so that the can meet and greet customers in a welcoming way.

I was pleasantly surprised when I went to order and was greeted with real kindness. Zander and Jesus really put in the extra effort to make sure my order was great and my presence welcomed! Arminda was extremely nice when I asked to speak to the manager. I wanted to complement her employees and the establishment. She was very receptive to my comments and review. What an amazing experience!
