I’m from south Texas and this is by far the best pork chop of my life! Amazing grill work, not overcooked, sauce was outstanding and presentation with garlic mash brought it home. Well done C&P! Austin Hope Cabernet was the perfect thread throughout our meal! Thanks so much!
This has to be one of my favorite dining experiences in years! Worth every penny. We sat in the bar, received excellent service and the food was perfect. If you go to San Angelo, you must eat here.
