We travel full-time from state to state & go to many Dairy Queen locations. We had never been to Texas before & so this was our 1st Dairy Queen experience in Texas. We always have our big 135 pound Brazilian Mastiff puppy with us who equally looks forward to his Dairy Queen "Pup Cups" as we do our ice cream treats. I decided to go inside & order for take-out. They have an associate that is amazing. Her name is Frances. We enjoy the food and the great blizzards. She was always taking care of her customers. She went on and beyond. The atmosphere was great there at Dairy Queen. Dairy Queen had great service because of Frances.

Really clean, and customer service was excellent. My new complaint is that on their website it states they are open until 12AM, but in fact they close at 11PM!!??? Might want to update your website because not only me, but 4 others tried to go thru the drive thru ?
