“My family and I have been to Chang Thai several times and have always experienced exceptional service and cuisine. The restaurant is family owned and operated and we love that music is always playing in the background. The owners daughter always great us with a smile and big hello when we enter the restaurant. It makes us feel so welcome.The waiting staff is always so friendly and quick to serve. The food is always fresh and absolutely delicious!On our most recent visit the owner came out to the dining area and gave my son chopsticks at his request. She began speaking to us and shared how impressed she was that my 9 year old uses chopsticks so well. She made a funny joke and we all laughed. She gave compliments to me and my children. The reason for my 5th Star is that the owner asked where my husband was (he did not join us this particular evening). I explained that he had just gotten into town from work and was feeling under the weather with an upper respiratory infection. Without skipping a beat she said, “Well wait right there…let me go get him some soup!” She came back shortly with a large container of clear soup. She had added some fresh ginger as well and she told me she hopes he feels better soon. Their clear soup-my family calls it “Liquid Gold”. It’s the perfect remedy when you’re feeling I’ll! This kind gesture made my day and meant so much to me. It’s the fact that she took the time to make conversation and connect with us on a personal level that made my heart melt. “My Gosh I cannot rave enough about this place. Came to eat here with my husband and the waitress is an absolute angel. The food was delicious and we left so happy and content. Please please do yourself a favor and try the filling wontons, chicken fried rice, Krunchy Roll and Volcano Roll. ?“
“I had the sushi and California roll obento, and they were good. My wife had the pork katsu obento, but sadly, the pork cutlet was overcooked and dry, without much flavor. I have found that Japanese style restaurants in America do not know how to cook katsudon properly.“
“I visit this restaurant quite often and am always happy with the food and service and have tried most things on the menu. My personal favorites items are the spicy tuna roll, teriyaki crispy chicken, and the black garlic ramen. The service is always good. All the servers are nice and make sure to get you exactly what you would want. The manager always comes and checks on us to make sure we are enjoying our food. The food always comes out in a timely manner and is always nice and fresh.“
“This is my go to for hibachi style food! The atmosphere is quite relaxing and the staff is always friendly and attentive to your needs. And the best part is that your food is cooked right in front of you!They can get pretty busy so I highly recommend calling ahead and making a reservation.“
“We were passing through and staying at a nearby Airbnb for the evening and popped in to Senor Changs just before check in time so it was early afternoon and we were the only customers there. I saw the great reviews and thought we should give this a try. Upon entering, the clean smell was so nice and the lady that greeted us was very kind and explained the menu so well since it was our first visit. I chose the the steak and shrimp hibachi bowl and my husband chose the chicken hibachi bowl. I loved that they stir fried fresh seasonal veggies for the bowls and it all tasted so fresh. The star of the show is the meat. It is all very well seasoned and the fried rice had corn in it, which I enjoyed. We order the jalepeno popper eggrolls as a side and those were so delicious. The texture was very creamy in the middle as it looks like they take all of the popper ingredients like cream cheese, bacon, jalepeno, etc. and blend it all together for the middle of the eggroll. They were piping hot and very good. I wish I did not live so far away; because I would definitely order from them regularly. I would be interested in trying everything on the menu because the food we received was so hot and fresh. Their sauces are very nice too. I highly recommend!“
