Rosa's has the best Tex-Mex food in San Angelo!! It's one of my first stops on every visit back to my home town. The queso is some of the tastiest I've had in Texas, the guacamole is awesome, and their fajitas are not-to-be-missed ever. The prices are reasonable for quality Mexican food and the customer service has always been excellent. Muy bueno!
Always check order when using drive thru. I love the food when I get the order filled correctly. This last trip no cheese on the enchiladas, last trip I noticed no tortillas with the fajitas so I went in and got them then got home and no lettuce guacamole cheese cup, time B4 no vegetables with the fajitas just meat, time B4 no roasted jalapeno. Food is always great here !! There is never a long wait. And the Carrot & Chocolate Cake is a must ! My favorite is Sour Cream Chicken Enchiladas ‼️Parking: Easy in and out.Wheelchair accessibility: I've seen people in here with wheelchairs and hv never heard one complain. I even asked a couple of them once.
