I think this must be an Angelo thing, but...well the food was ok...there is no pride taken in the making of the food at all, and the customer service was pretty much like we have to do it, not we want to do it. The manager on duty was dirty, and several expletives were heard coming from the back by himself and employees. This Wendys has the best customer service. Everyone is responsive, and service was timely. I ordered breakfast here and well..it just wasn't the best. The sausage had a dated taste and texture. This held true for all our breakfast sandwiches.The seasoned potatoes were just..ok... It was apparent that they had spent some time under a warmer. After many times dealing with the same issues from this restaurant, I feel I have to finally leave a negative review. Every time I have come to this location I end up encountering the same issues. I am lactose intolerant and cannot have cheese on my burgers, and I make sure to tell the worker over the intercom “no cheese” to which they will repeat it to confirm, but they never mark it down on the order.
