DO NOT EAT HERE. I ordered a large hot coffee with cream and sugar in the drive through. When I received my order the coffee tasted very watered down. I walked into the store and found two employees behind the counter one of which cutting off a broken finger nail at the drive through point of sale. I pointed out to the employee trimming her finger nails in a food prep-area was unhygienic to which the employee replied it was not a food prepping area very sarcastically. This place needs to get it together. They're super slow, regardless of how busy or slow they are. Take way too long. Also, I go there quite a bit since I work down the street. I've had a few inconvenient experiences there, but the last one ultimately made me stop going. I was in the drive through last time, and after I paid the cashier (girl, one with glasses, smaller one since there's two) as she was handing me my change, she barley gave me enough time to grab it, and it flew...read full review

The staff is awesome however items are often out of stock. I always order through the app. One time they were out of large cups, the chorizo wrap, another time no croissant for the breakfast sandwich, or they were out of the sweetener I picked and recently their espresso machine was down.
