It is Korean FUSION... don't expect authentic Korean food. So I got the loaded kimchi fries because it sounds good. It did not disappoint. There was so much flavors in it and as you go through the fries you'll be surprised with different flavors that come up. The kimchi definitely gives it a nice sour flavor, to balance out all the sauces and savoriness. Portion is HUGE. Friendly staff
