“I can't really rate the food because I've never ordered from this store, but the service is outstanding! My dog escaped our fence and Michael from the store at 6319 Rittman was making a delivery close to my house. Michael got my dog to come over and gave me a call. He waited until I got there. As far as I'm concerned, Michael is the best Jimmy John's delivery person ever! Thank you Michael! You just earned my business!“

“Place is clean, sandwiches and wraps are delicious and fresh, but they only have one employee servicing customers. Subway keeps at least 2 on serving line. Subway is good, but not that good. JJ’s is the go to place, but they need help for faster service.“

“My favorite JJ location. Always fast, correct, sandwich is put together well. YES THIS MATTERS!!! If I'm paying someone to make a sandwich for me, I expect it to be edible AS a sandwich. Not everything sliding out the side or back, unless I ordered it stuffed with extras. Always fresh and consistent.“

“I’ve eaten at this Jimmy John’s many times and always had good experiences, but I was driven to write this review after the staff went above and beyond. I made an error and ordered pickup at the wrong location and rather than saying “Tough luck!” they called the other location, voided the order, and made it for me here. Excellent customer service that was much appreciated!“

“This location is definitely a solid lunch option if you are in the area - they are quick, and generally have done well even with big group orders even though sometimes, it seems like they are trying too hard to be fast that they make minor errors. They could also be friendlier, but I give the benefit of the doubt that the lunchtime rush with so many office buildings nearby would leave anyone cranky.Food wise, nothing out of the ordinary, but I've always been decently impressed with the freshness. Clean, no wilted veggies. I will say, parking and getting out of the parking lot in general during the lunch rush is hit or miss. It seems like at least once a week a see a minor accident with someone trying to turn left out of the parking lot. So, come early if you can, and proceed with caution.“

“This location is clean and the food ingredients were fresh. The service was prompt and exactly how I ordered it. The staff is pretty chilled and greeted me with ginuwine friendliness. The general manager set the bar on great customer service. May Jehovah God bless him for the kindness that was shown to me.“

“Customer service was good I didn’t see a lot of staff working. I ordered a #9 unwhich and it was good. I don’t understand how the points system works for the loyalty program in go there once a week and never get any free items. Overall 4⭐️“

“Not sure what all the negativity is about with people's posts on here. We ordered this on a Sunday night around 6:00 p.m. which I'm sure is a very slow time for them normally. Everyone in there seemed very enthusiastic and ready to help us get our food. Of course the inside smelled delicious and looked very clean which is expected when the day/time is slower but not every restaurant adheres to that thought process LOL It actually never been to one of these before so it was very refreshing to see and smell everything. I ordered the Italian combo which was a footlong with him salami and other Italian meats. Everything looks very fresh and tasted the same way as well. The bread was really good and taste like it was made that day. It had a soft press with a little bit of pull to it when you bite in. The only real complaint is there is quite a bit of mayonnaise/sauce on there so it got all over the place when I started biting into it. It also is slightly pricey for a sandwich. However I guess that's comparing it to a semi gross fast food chain of Subway LOL definitely going to go back and give the rating a second thought.“

“This Jimmy John experience was great. Even though the staff was very busy high volume of customers they were still friendly and professional. The manager Jose was very very professional had the staff working with a smile I was so impressed. Looks like they do a high volume lunch everyday. I never seen anyone complain about the service they received there . Their team work is amazing!“

“You would be amazed how hard it is for some places to make a proper veg sandwich. This shop proved itself to be a pleasant exception. Young men who made my sandwich were prompt and professional, and the sandwich is perfect. Very rare, in my experience.“

The place is always clean and smells good.The staff is always courteous and I never wait.I usually use the app and always pick it up myself.I see bad reviews for this location, but I've never had an issue.“

It was cutting close to closing.Walking into the restaurant was a mind blowing everything was clean you can tell who ever runs the night shift keeps it looking very tip top in shape!! “For my most recent visit, there was only one employee behind the counter. She was absolutely awesome, dealing with ringing phones, taking orders, and making the orders all by herself.There is normally a crew of 4-5 people there... she absolutely deserves to be paid those other folks' wages during the time she was doing everything, by herself, in the shop.“

“I have been eating here for over a year. I have never really had an issue. I find the bread great, I like JJ's bread. The other ingredients are fresh too. I got a cookie in my last delivery. The cookie package was opened. I called the store and they happily gave me a $6 dollar credit. I went back the next day and used the credit no problem. They were really helpful and nice. The store inside and out appears clean to me. No issues here.“
