“Ordered the thin crust Supreme. while the pizza was excellent as always, when did pizza hut start charging $1.07 for parm cheese?? I thought the guy at the register was kidding, guess I'll go nowhere the cheese and the peppers are given without an extra charge.“

“I pick up from this location bcz the other Hut on Thousand Oaks is the delivery one in my neighborhood and I received too many substandard pizzas from them. But this Pizza Hut on Nacogdoches is awesome. The pizzas are always done right! Excellent quality pizzas. I've never had a quality issue or customer service issue. Plus it's an eat-in (Red Roof) Pizza Hut which is kind of rare these days. Absolutely recommended!“

“I know I know I was one of "those" guys..30 minutes before closing...yes yes 30 mins before....I decided to fill the urge for some zah...delivery no longer an option I went for pick up...doors were locked and nobody was answering my hunger knock...watching my pizza come out the oven still knocking finally some dude comes round the corner out the dining room shadows and takes my money and gives me zah...(I got the dinner box with 2 pizzas and wings with cheese bread total bout $27.00)...normally get the chicken Alfredo and cinnamon bread but they were "out"...anyways good zah...wish we had some now...make sure they give you the frosting for them cinnabreads...for real though...“

“The all you can eat buffet brings nostalgia back when you could eat in pizza Hut for dine in not just order and leave... The pizza was so hot and freash that the cheese kinda burned my chin but it was so good. The options were limited but you could request any pizza you wanted except for stuffed crust. The lady that was serving us was working her tail off and the more pact it got in dining area the harder she worked she honestly deserved a raise bc she was also working a cash register on top of serving. Will definitely go back when I can.Kid-friendliness: They had board games in the front that you could take to the table to help keep your kids entertained.“

“Placing an order is more difficult than buying a tee shirt at Amazon, to be sure. I have to remember that it is Much, Much quicker than Dairy Queen, so just see it as a check-up on how Pizza Hut phone ordering has progressed. Not at all. I think they've regressed, typically.If you're still in the mood for pizza, & haven't had a heart attack from the stress, the personal pans with bell pepper & onion are the best.Quick phone orders are at Dominoes, & their Pasta Primavera is almost as good as Pizza Hut pizza.“

“It was a very nice place overall, well decorated. The staff were so welcoming and very nice towards us, the food was very good for being relatively cheap. There were nice things keeping us interested and occupied while there. The breadsticks were perfect for being appetizers, perfectly seasoned, and very crispy. “My wife and I stopped here for dinner on the way home after our volunteer hours at the San Antonio International Airport. It was our first visit to a Pizza Hut here in San Antonio. Victor took our order at the counter. He was pleasant and courteous. We ordered a large hand-tossed pepperoni pizza - the large size was on sale, so we got a nice discount. The service here was great and the pepperoni pizza we ordered was excellent! The restaurant itself was clean and tidy. If you want a "fancy-schmancy" experience, go somewhere else and spend more money for ambiance. This Pizza Hut is easy to miss as your heading north on Highway 281, but it's worth going there to get a good pizza. AmigoDan gives this Pizza Hut five stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐!“

“I really love this location. They always get my order right and it's always perfect...and usually VERY, VERY hot. Too hot to eat and that's not a complaint...lol!! I always get the pan crust, which some locations always mess up, and it is always a perfect golden brown, crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside, like good bread should be. And just writing this review is making me crave that taste! There are a lot of local pizza places that are outstanding when you get them on the right day, which is like playing roulette. This location has a good day EVERY day and the quality of the pizza is consistently above the rest.“

“Walking in, clean, nice, bright, warm. The staff was friendly, engaged us instead of us waiting around, and were knowledgeable and polite. Food was brought out in good time, and a to-go order was brought out in good time as well. This is how an indoor experience should go!We had come from the pizza hut near downtown on 611 San Pedro because they refused indoor seated service. That location was dark with lighting barely on inside and had people "hanging outside" asking for money. It felt like walking into someone's basement, and we don't even have basements in SA! You get the idea. Just uninviting, cold, and the staff acted like they were under siege.Parking: No "strangers" hanging out in the parking lot harassing people. Nice bright lighting. Front of store looks clean and updated.“

“We had placed two orders one at 5pm and other at 7pm the first one was cancelled and hadn’t been delivered I placed a second order due to first one being cancelled I had called to make sure, Pizza Hut Manager I suppose had told me since of the Super Bowl they had a lot of orders and they deeply apologize for the wait and recooked and gave 15 dollar credit, they were super nice and apologized for the wait, I understand how busy it can be and for them to be honest, have good service and attitude means alot I don’t know who those two men were but they definitely deserve a raise“

“Take out only restaurant. Curbside parking slots are frequently full so you have to go in. But that's no big chore and the pizzas are good and generally ready at the Promised time. If you order online you get free pizzas after just a few orders.“

“Placed an order online around 4:30pm on 11/27/23. The online ordering is really slow and faulty but that isn't this restaurants fault at all. When I arrived to pick up my order around 5pm, there was a few people ahead of me and 1 younger looking guy manning the front and taking pizzas to tables. Seemed like he liked his job and talking to customers. He was really kind and made my first experience at pizza hut a good one despite not having pepsi available at the time. He made my day and I'll definitely be returning to this location because of him. Didn't get his name but thank you for being so kind and getting my order to me so quickly!! “I ordered carry out for my family on Sunday, 8/13/2023. My son and I walked into the shop and I was immediately greeted with a smile and a "how are you." I was addressed me as sir. That means a great deal to me. The food was ready, it was hot, and it was delicious. The shop was clean, neat and organized. I highly recommend this location for your pizza needs.“

“I honestly went into this place with very low expectations, and was very blown away. The staff was very friendly. It was very easy to access. They were perfectly on time. The pizza was made fantastic. Everything was great! Yes, it's Pizza Hut and the pizza is going to be the quality and honestly the main reason why I don't give it five stars just because I don't feel like the price and the quality match at all especially when you're paying upwards of $20-$30 for a pizza. The variations of each item are extremely limited, such as there only being the option for cheese or pepperoni pizza. DO NOT go here and expect to be able to order a 12" pizza of any sort, this is not an actual Pizza Hut location!“

“I experienced one of thee longest waits ever for my order which was a big box dinner and some boneless wings and as much as I wanted to be impatient and annoyed I quickly realized this place was just completely inundated with orders, walk ins, call ins and online orders and short staffed. I could see them tirelessly working as fast as possible in the back trying to keep up with our demands. The estimated times of orders being ready cannot be adjusted to show the impact they were facing of falling behind but I could tell they were trying. They were calling customers to let them know of the regrettable delay for delivery. I honestly feel bad cause I know everyone was not as understanding of their circumstances (as I witnessed peoples annoyances as they asked for updates and made comments like “you said it’d be ready by this time”). And I just wanted to say Thank You to the staff for trying your best to keep up and thank you for providing me a dinner I did not feel like cooking this Saturday cold wet evening. Thank you for all you did and all you do. Don’t even sweat the Karen’s, you can’t please everyone. My food was still very delicious.“

“The reason I give it a 4 because the pizza was delicious and after standing there for about 10 mins and no one was in front of me. I was waiting to order after hearing employees arguing. And a woman which I think she was the manager was yelling at an employee male to clock out. Then the male was yelling back and then another employee arguing. Then another employee male that was making the cinnamon rolls was saying that someone will help me but I saw okay no problem but instead they were all arguing infront. Until I had a nice another male employee asked me if I was helped and I said no. He was so embarrassed and apologized for there behavior and that he will take my order. So I told him thank you went into my vehicle and told my husband about it. I told him that I don't want to go back in there because I felt so uncomfortable. So he went in and got our pizza. So like I said I gave it a 4 because pizza did taste great. It was a little burnt because I think they were focused on arguing but I also had a nice man helping me.“

These were ready on a Friday (12/08) evening within 15 minutes. The food was good temperatures, had plenty of toppings, and had a great taste.Staff was great and greeted me professionally and courteously.
