My man Melo kept recommending me this place and finally got a chance to visit when I saw another restaurant owner praise his food recently and can’t believe how good this bbq was ! Brisket was on point, chicken was amazing, sides were absolutely terrific , and the pickled onion was the cherry on top. Great work Melo !
It’s tough finding good bbq but their brisket had a perfect bark, smoke ring and the fat rendered to be as smooth as butter. Tater casserole was my favorite! Corn was yummy. The gentleman working was very attentive making sure we had everything needed for our meal. Will definitely be back hopefully before they sell out of ribs next time.

There’s a lot to love here - from the friendly counter service to the quick cleanup of (outdoor only) tables. Plus, the female pitmaster does an outstanding job with all the fantastic smoked meats. Don’t miss the sides either! I miss the pre-pandemic indoor seating, though.Vegetarian options: I’ve had vegetarians in my parties and they always are happy with the choices of sides.
