Thyme for Lunch

My husband and I were in a pinch and needed to pick up something quick and vegetarian for lunch on the way into San Antonio, and got a recommendation to try this place out. Hands down amazing! We split the Oyster Wrapsody, and I'm still dreaming about it. Perfectly chicken-fried oyster mushrooms, homemade bleu cheese dressing. Super filling! Has a very healthy and elegant feel on the inside of the restaraunt. A good variety of vegan options too if desired. I ordered the Sweet Cream Belgian Waffles with the Corn Aleppo Pepper Muffin. The entire meal was delicious. The muffin is pretty much corn bread but I enjoyed it. Definitely want to come back and try other dishes.
