Wow! Came here because of our son's recommendation. What an amazing place! The vibe feels like an old school diner. Breakfast is served all day, and the menu is quite large. Highly recommend the Three Amigos appetizer (guacamole, salsa & queso with chips) & chicken fried steak / eggs. For dessert, they have a variety of pies, and the ones we had were outstanding as well.As you can see from the pics, the food looked great. I’ve been going to cafe in the square since I was a little girl with my parents, now I take my son. I love the staff and they treat people like family. I have never had a bad experience here, and I complain.. ALOT ?But I love their hamburgers, also, hate most hamburgers!Definitely my go to place in San Marcos, if not Kobe!

Found this place after waiting forever at a nearby bar. Very good food and service for reasonable prices. The Chicken Delgado is especially good. Not a huge fan of TVs covering the walls, but that seems to be ubiquitous everywhere in 2024.
