We were looking for a taco spot that was open on Christmas. Luckily we found Lucy's Tacos! The owner was very sweet and kind! The food was also delicious. We ordered the chilaquiles verdes with carne asada, a sausage egg and cheese taco, and a carne asada taco. The green sauce is a little spicy but is so good! This hidden gem taco truck is awesome with the owner being genuine. The tacos are super stuffed to the brim and the fajita was crispy and tasteful! Lunch special was definitely worth

Conveniently right across from Strahan Arena at TSU! Tiny little taco truck with big flavor. Quesadillas were so cheesy and flavorful. Worth every penny. The wait for the freshness of the food is worth it!
