I ordered 1/2 green goddess sandwich and cup of soup. I picked it up and it was a whole, huge sandwich. It's then I'm told the green goddess doesn't come in 1/2 orders. :( No wonder it was over $20. Customer service could improve. People behind the counter need to be aware they can be heard very well by customers.
I have been a customer of this Panera for about a year. It is usually OK as far as food goes. I usually order and pick up and take home. Two things have been happening lately that have caused me to take this Panera off my list of places to pick up dinner. 1 they constantly mess up orders so if you pick up a to go order be sure to check your order for accuracy before you leave. 2 they are reducing the size of a salad but still charging over $12 for the salad. This is. shout out for Chef Andy for preparing incredible breakfast every time I visit Panera. I enjoy the ambience and comfort at this restaurant. It is my favorite place away from home.
