Placed order on the app. Drive thru speaker told me they couldn’t find my order and to pull up. I gave them the order name and they told me they didn’t have it. Without offering a solution or help, they took the order of the person behind me and ignored me. After confirming it was the correct store address I was still not offered any solution, I would have happily just replaced my order. Cashier was clearly annoyed with my situation and I left without placing another order....read full review
I went to the Wendy’s 2/27/24 at 12:32 pm and The girl at the drive thru with Brunette hair was beyond rude!! Her attitude was so ugly and I loved the use of vulgar language when the machine wasn’t working for her. I mean, I am not a saint but I know not to use curse words in front of customers. I would love to give a name but I wasn’t given a receipt nor given the total. I’m not even sure how much I paid. I would have liked to order more but her quick to “pull forward”...read full review
Closed the store 1.5 hours early. Left the sign on and just ignored all the people lining up. Will never go back and will convince anyone to avoid this place. Hope they go out of business soon.Bad food, bad customer service, bad cleanliness, now more expensive.
