There are a lot of Mexican food choices in Seguin, but few can reach the high bar set by Full Moon. The chilli relleno plate was spectacular with a bright pepper note that screams fresh vegetables. The chili con carne was truly the star. The simple cheese enchilada is elevated beyond its meager ingredients by this fantastic chilli sauce. Please eat here and enjoy.
We just had the chicken enchiladas and they were the BEST I've ever had! They were packed full of tender chicken with delicious cheese on top with rice and beans. Come with a big appetite or take home a to-go box. You'll love it!

Have eaten there twice and the food is really good. I was there the first time and the owner couldn’t get anyone to fix the A/C because they were all booked but he finally got it fixed the second time I went there. People are real friendly and food is served right away. I would give them a good rating anytime.
