Our first visit and they messed up our drive-thru order. However, they were very quick to correct the order, treating it as a priority issue in spite of the fact that it was dinner time on a Friday. We were impressed and will be back again. Customer service is a forgotten art that Kirby's has not forgotten.
Drive-thru service needs work. No napkins. No ketchup. And they have the system where you have to pull into a spot instead of wait for you to drive through windowGood spot. I stop in every time I am passing through. Would recommend any of their burgers.
