“My daughter and my husband and me came in to meet family that we haven't seen in a while and they recommended this place and low and behold my two-year-old would not stop screaming but the owners and waiter were nice and thoughtful.. bringing her a pancake and trying to entertain her while she screamed and threw a fit in their restaurant ...I thought it was very nice and very thoughtful of them and I would come back here a million times because of the atmosphere alone ..and the food is excellent!“
“My family recently moved to Seguin and were in search of a good breakfast taco for those rushed, on-the-go days. We looked up reviews for the area and found one within a few minutes of our new home. My daughter and I drove there and found there were no vehicles outside. I don't trust an empty parking lot, lol. Kept driving and saw a few more empty parking lots. Then we came upon a place that had a line at their drive-thru that went around to the side street. I don't mind waiting for good food so we got in line.Mind you, we were about 6th or 7th in line - so we knew they had great customer service when a young lady ran over to our car to take our order. As we'd never been there before we didn't immediately know what we wanted and asked for her recommendations. She said she liked everything but that their most popular tacos were the Carne Guisada w/Potato and the Bacon/Bean/Potato/Cheese tacos. Sold! She then ran to the cars behind us, taking their orders as well, and then ran back inside.Got to the window to pay and before we could ask were advised that we had 2 different kinds of salsa, salt, pepper and napkins and did we need anything else (?) as we were handed our bag. Nope! Nothing else needed!We ate those delicious breakfast tacos and argued over whether they were delicious because the tortilla was amazing (my stance!), or because every component of the filling was excellently seasoned (my daughter's stance!). It's a win-win regardless.We've lived in Seguin 2 weeks and have visited three times already. Just don't try to go on a Sunday...they're closed. Happy eating!“
“Wife and I were attending an event in Kingsbury and were looking for a place to eat in the area. Drove to Seguin about 8 miles away based on restaurant review. Place is relatively small, but clearly popular with the locals as most of the tables were occupied. We sat at a small table for two on the side. Service was prompt and friendly and order arrived quickly. Prices reasonable. Nice presentation, portion, and flavor. Place not fancy, but a good choice if in the area. Definitely does not feel like a chain restaurant, but I view that as a plus.“
“A friend told me about this great restaurant. I decided to give it a try today, I wanted migas for lunch.It was the best migas that I have ever had. “I have eaten here numerous times, but have never left a review until now. This much underrated restaurant must be given its due respect. I have never been disappointed at any given visit. Their food is on par with some of the best tex Mex food places out there. Their mini (street) tacos are delicious. My wife loves their pastor tacos. If you are craving good Mexican food, you must stop by and give them a try.“
“Doesn't feel warm and inviting when your not greeted and have to seat yourself.Server came quickly to take order.Food came hot and fast!Eggs were good & not runny and the plate was not salty. Kudos to the kitchen!!My ketchup never came.Server never came back to check on us.Time to pay, several servers around to cash us out, however, no one did. We stood there awhile.Again, not a welcoming/caring feeling or even ask "how was everything?" Nope.The hours need to be updated on menu. “This was a great place. Unfortunately I heard it is closed due to landlords rent increases. Big loss for New Berlin A new Mexican food restaurant opened up just a few days after this post it now called Emma's have not tried it yet though“
“Place looked full but we were seated in less than 5 minutes. My wife and I shared a Pariddilia(spelling) for one and had leftovers. Shrimp, beef, chicken, ribs, and sides. Food was great . Our server was training but did an excellent job. Margaritas are a little pricey but very good. Entertainment walking through and were great.“
“Loved, loved, LOVED, this place. Finally I found a Tex-Mex restaurant. Not no Jalisco style joint. For those that don't know, YES, there is a HUGE difference. Tex-Mex food is 100% better than Jalisco style restaurants. This place is awesome. I will definitely be back every time I'm in Seguin.“
“I use to go to Yolis on my way into town, however I always felt that my business was not wanted or appreciated. So I checked out this place one day and was greeted graciously at the counter and was able to place an order over the phone without feeling I was taking away from their time. Another plus is the food is way better and I’m not just saying this because of my bad experience. I highly recommend ?“
