I've been here several times and the hot dogs are consistently delicious! They've got good topping options and good topping combos, and the BUNS. Omg the buns.. I could just order a dozen buns and be happy. They're not like the hot dog buns you find at the grocery store, they're big and soft and slightly toasted. I don't know if they're made from scratch or what but seriously. The buns are amazing.
Exceptional food truck. Simple menu but very well done. The recipes are unusual but worth trying. My favorite is the Frenchman. Unusual and delicious. The local faire brings a unique homegrown texture to the fabric of Seguin and I'd rate this one a can't miss option.
