Stopped in with a large group tonight just to try something different. They were able to seat 10 of us quickly with no wait. The food was reasonably good with some uncommon-for-this-area items to try. However, during our meal, one of the emoloyees--a white lady in a red shirt with no self awareness-- suddenly shouted "SH!T IN THE TOLIET!!!!" Not once, but literally 4 times in a row. My wife and I decided date night would be a short drive to eat at Texas 1809. We had heard good things and we had seen good reviews. We went the weekend before Valentines and we were worried they might be very busy. We walked in and were seated immediately. We had a fantastic waitress. She was excellent and on the spot. Absolutely great place to eat and have a drink or two! Everything I've ordered, whether it was food or a drink, was fantastic! The staff is very welcoming and it has such a relaxing environment!
