Embarking on my "ONLY FIRSTS IN 2024" journey I found myself at Bleu Oyster Bar and Seafood, a spot that had caught my eye back in 2018 upon moving to Texas yet had never visited. 1st time here, Kim the server is the only person here for F.O.H., we were here as soon as she opened. She has us at the bar, 2 two tops a party of 8 that arrived who wants to sit outside. No "stone crab claws, no crawfish, no poor boys are even on the menu....heck should of gone to BLUEWATER SEAFOOD on 1960...they have crawfish . The cook(not a chef) evidently doesn't know the definition of "sear" for a yellowtail. Felt bad for Kim, no help...
