Love the food but most importantly that during Mardi Gras season they bring in king cakes from Gambino's bakery in NOLA! Best of the best! Wish they would pick up some doberge cake while they are there. The owners are amazing love the blues music that's piping thru the speakers inside. Makes you feel like you are in NOLA.
Why 5 stars? Because this is exactly the type of place I like to support. --- --- --- The wife and I were looking to take our son to the Woodlands Children's museum and specifically looked for a place in the area where we could grab something quick and easy to eat in the car while he took a pre-museum nap. Absolutely incredible! I explained to the gentleman that I'm from a small town in Michigan and what did he recommend. He recommended a blackened tilapia sub with blackened shrimp and the boudain balls. I also got a second crayfish sub. It is by far the best food I've had since arriving in Texas. If your looking for some great food that tastes amazingly fresh, you gotta check thus place out!!!! When I come back to Texas I will definitely be stopping here again!
