Mellow Mushroom Spring

So I finally broke down and strayed from my usual go to pizza place to give this place a try since they have a nice gimmick and curb appeal. Large menu including vegan options and not only pizza but burgers and more. Prices are fair. The place was clean inside staff was friendly. Love it when I'm wowed by a first experience! Saw this whole house hunting and we decided to order from them later in the week. Tried the Holy Shitake mushroom pizza (adding bacon) and it was heaven. We will be adding this as our 'go to' pizza place from now on.

I’ve been a loyal customer of mellow mushroom for years. Both in spring and heights location. I can’t go many places to get gluten free pizza (without a ton of cross contamination). Many recent reviews had scared me into believing it’s gone way downhill. They do have a sign out front that says to be patient with their short staffing. However in my experience… It’s fantastic.
