I ordered 2 sandwiches and as the new employee reached for the bread box door, he sneezed. Instead of changing his gloves and washing his hands, he reached in and got the bread. Yuk!! I told him I was grossed out and then he switched gloves. No water cups - must pay for water. Was told the old style chicken bacon ranch would be cheaper than the elite one because it has grilled chicken and not rotisserie but they charged me the exact same price because I added bacon. What?? The two young men working there a very sweet! They have good service. The only thing one of them is lacking on knowing how to cut the bread properly but what made me want to write this review is the quality on the vegetables! They taste old, nasty it’s just disgusting!! they’re not cut properly and it Seems like they have been there for weeks. The new management has really changed this place! Clean building and great employees. Ernest was very polite and knows how to properly make a sandwich! As long as he is working here, I’ll return!
