This place is awesome. You'll be seated and given a white laminated card and a stainless steel bowl. With thier marker select the type of rice n noodles you prefer off of the card. Then head up to the front where you'll find a stack of trays to put your bowl and card on. You pick all your ingredients, beef, shrimp, sausage, onions, too many to list. We like the abundance of super fresh ingredients offered for the Mongolian grill lunch option. And there's a full menu of other Vietnamese dishes. They also have good Vietnamese iced coffee (my husband's fav). This place is a go to lunch option with the work crowd for me because there are so many options that everybody can get what they want.
