Our server, Miranda, provided impeccable service to our group. She is friendly, very attentive and knowledgeable about menu items. Several of us asked for food recommendations, and the selections she suggested were delicious. Our drink orders were filled to perfection Miranda stopped by the table numerous times to see whether we needed refills or other items. Our group plans to return to Escalante very soon. Escalante's is very fortunate to have Miranda as part of its staff.
I come to Escalante Sugar land at least once a week. Miguel C. always has a friendly, customer service attitude. Miguel is very attentive and makes you feel like you are at home. The food always tastes great and I would recommend this place to everyone.

Escalante's is the definition of Mexican Fine Dining. I understand you usually don't mix those words together but here it works from top quality food, top shelf drinks and amazing service. My steak with the tequila peppercorn sauce was simply amazing and my wife's spinach enchiladas leftovers were epic the next day,lol.
