Out of all the franchise Sandwich spots Firehouse subs, Quiznos, and Pot Belly are probably the best. It's hard to decide which is the absolute best but they each have their slight differences.Firehouse subs give you great quantity but sometimes that feels like it's more so due to the size of the bread, sometimes they don't put enough meat, veggies, cheese so you feel like you're eating more bread than anything else. Firehouse is my favorite place for subs, but this location has declined with clutter and slow service. I like to sit at the bar by the windows, but today they were covered with boxes. Only 4 customers at noon...? Hmmm...maybe others are seeing what I see.

The food is fine but I have grown accustomed to picking up my food without waiting. That is difficult when their app doesn't work and it has not been working consistently for a couple of weeks now. I submitted the issue to tech support twice already and both times all I got back was an email about how busy they are.
