Very authentic place. If you ever feel like you miss home cooking then this might be the place for you. Small restaurant. Decently clean and nothing new or modern looking. Service is decent. Just typical Asian older ladies that work there and take your order. Pricing is kind of expensive if you are thinking typical Chinese food but not bad for the quality and quantity. Updating my review because this restaurant is just that good! It's by far our favorite Chinese restaurant in Sugar Land, and definitely top 3 in Houston. I don't know how there's not a long line outside every day. My husband and I stopped in for lunch, and ordered Sweet & Sour Riblets, Beef Noodle Soup, and Tomatoes & Eggs (a Chinese household staple). My wife and I went here on a whim and we were not disappointed. I seemed to enjoy the food a bit more than her, but her overall impression was good. When we walked in to this tiny establishment, there was only 1 other table of patrons (3pm) and the restaurant was clean with football on. It took about 20 minutes for our food to come out, so we knew it was being cooked fresh unless it's part of some elaborate scam to trick us, haha. We ordered 4 items.
