I've popped in for lunch but it was our first time to eat Korean bbq as a family. Our waiter was patient, kind, and very helpful. The staff truly works as a team, everything was so coordinated and smooth. I think they all knew we were newbies and took great care of us as well. Don't be afraid to admit you need guidance or suggestions! The food was delicious and we can't wait to go back!
I am actually happy to write this review. Clearly, there has been some kind of management/ownership change. NONE of the previous staff (most of which that knew us by name, and usually order) are no longer there. The first time we went after the new regime was dismal. The place was HOT - as if the A/C was out with no notification. Waitstaff clearly did not know the menu or the wine list - we had to explain what a chianti was. The food was amazing. I sat here and was greeted immediately. I was sat very quickly. The ambience is very bright. It gives a great vibe in here. The food is great. The cheesecake is creamy. The wine is crisp. Mallorie is amazing and I hope she gets a raise. 10/10
