Mr. Larry was great. The owners at 1920 Wilcrest need to learn from this franchise. The area manager of this location needs to train Randy the bullying area manager from that other location. Is Corp listening? Sexual harassment should never be acceptable wilcrest location needs to accept responsibility and apologize

I'll never forget their service during the tragic winter storm in Houston. They accepted card & cash and served everything fresh and fast regardless of the conditions were in.

Slow service because they only have 1 drive thru line. People with large orders take a long time to order & pick up. Management needs to have them call in, use app, or park to the side & have employee go out to serve them. Too 7 minutes for fast food today.
