Called in to store due to special requests for online order. Spoke with manager Dimarcus. Requested to substitute dipping sauce & to go heavy on the jalapeños. BOY did they deliver!! (Pun intended). My food arrived super hot & fresh and in a timely manner. Much appreciation to Dimarcus & his crew!! Tonight's "Netflix & Chill" was perfect, thank you.
The customer service went well but once I arrived home, I was dissatisfied. The pizza had little to no toppings. I paid 35 dollars and would spent the extra 5 dollars to get 5 star pizza. It was cooked through and still edible. I'll be removing Papa Johns from my pizza list.

I went in on a busy Friday night and the second I walked in the door the girl working there said I'll be right with you. She was very nice even though I could tell she was busy. They're very efficient and obviously are good at what they do. I think she smiled the whole time I talked to her. It was a very pleasant experience and the pizza was also great and cooked perfectly.
