The food was good, but the service was what ruined my appetite. I had ordered a curbside order due to a leg injury, I notified through the app i had arrived, waited about 10 minutes and no response. I called, a woman picked up and just kept repeating the word hello. I kept raising my voice hoping she can hear me, trying to tell her I'm outside waiting for my order and she just hangs up. I really love Pizza Hut wings but I moved to Rosenberg a year ago and the pizza huts here never honor my request (if they even answer the phone) and my wings turn out soggy. So I stopped going. But today I decided to go further out to this location. Maria answered the phone promptly and was sooo nice. When I arrived, I checked my wings and they were perfect! This for everyone who has complained…they are hiring! There is one guy who makes the pizzas, answers the phones, deals with all the bs. Shame on Pizza Hut for saying online go pick up orders in 15 minutes. That’s unrealistic for one person to cover that many orders on time.
