The Cheesecake Factory is a delightful destination for delicious meals and, of course, decadent cheesecakes. With generous portions and a cozy atmosphere, it's the ideal spot for a satisfying meal and a sweet treat.
Food was good and restaurant looks nice. But our waitress was a complete space case. Just kept passing us by, never asking us anything. We had to stop her to take our order, ask for to-go box and bill. We clearly asked her for to-go boxes because we each had half our food left over. She said ok and took our plates. When she came back with the bill, we asked where our food was and she said she threw it away and sorry, didn't offer to make it up to us. Just threw away about $40...read full review

It's always a pleasure to visit this restaurant. All the servers most especially Jovita was excellent. The manager Miriam was very hands on and hospitable to guests. Checking that everything is at par. I just had to give it a 4 stars for the food, mainly for the lump of pasta served to us covered underneath. Great thing is they replaced it right away, was apologetic for the mistake, and gave us free dessert. All else was amazing. Thank you for rectifying it. Will still come back....read full review
