This used to be my favorite location but the last several times I’ve been my order has been wrong. I usually order only me and pick up. Today I picked up my order and it was a burrito not a bowl. I let the young lady at the to-go counter know and she seemed put out that my order was wrong. She begrudgingly made my order. I get in my car take a look and it’s wrong. It was a rip off cause they dont tell you that the price for a bowl doesn't include everything that you ask for!! They only gave me about 10 very small pieces of carne asada about 1in long x 1/4 in wide,no chips,tortillas,only a spoon or fork!! They gave me a lot of rice,a spoonful of cheeseand guacamole which were both a separate price from the bowl!! It was the worst dining experience I have ever had and don't recommend it to anyone unless you like throwing your money away!!
Horrible customer service. This is the last time this place will get me upset and waste my money. They refuse to help me because my order was placed on the app. The food has gone down hill and I will not be going
