The first time I went maybe 3-4 weeks ago was fine! I went through the drive thru and the gentleman helping me was so kind. I’m not sure of his name but he did have a large tattoo on his neck (which doesn’t matter but like I said I don’t know his name) Super polite and efficient. Donuts are good, I normally don't have a problem when I come but I was told I needed to call my order in ahead of time because I ordered a dozen and a half assorted, a dozen kolaches. It was 5:30am, I've been coming here for the past 3 years once a month for the same order and never had to call ahead. This is my favorite Shipley's Do-Nuts in this area. I usually place a very large order of 70 kolaches and 4 dozen donuts with 55 juices. It is always ready to go when I arrive, the staff is super friendly and helpful, and it is just an all-around great experience.
