It's been a while since I went through a drive thru and received excellent customer service at McDonald's, especially from a young adult. Sauna (I think that's her name) greeted us and said thank you. Most of the young adults today do not have customer service skills. Sauna, thank you for your service today.
Definitely not what one is used too from old McDonald's...one can no longer get ones drinks (the fountain is now behind the counter as well as everything else) this location is quite cold and uninviting for sure, feels like a subway station.
